Vogue Hotel Supreme Istanbul

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The service was top notch all the time. They helped me with bringing 6 suitcases in my room and offered us umbrellas when it rained. Every request was fulfilled promptly. Clean rooms and all necessary stuff included Overall very satisfied with the service. The proximity to Hagia sofia and Blue mosque makes it the best out there

Service is very nice ,food is acceptable,reception only speak English .but be careful if you coming from gulf and used to live with air conditioner as they close the cool mode and almost very hot 🥵 even in winter they open hot mood and when we spoke with them they told they donot have cool mode .this really spoil our vacation.my advice to check with your hotel before payement the air condition status as many hotel like that I visit in November and not much cool for us moreover they open hot mode so it’s really oven style .they have to respect different temperatures tolerance for other people and leave the choice for guest which mode in air conditioning they prefer .as well the bathroom wall is transparent glass so if you are family with kids be prepared for that as no privacy in bathroom

This review is based upon the Vogue hotel advertising it is a 5* hotel. This hotel was chosen by our tour company as its location is definitely 5*’s. However, when we arrived at the hotel in a down pour, there was no one to help us with our bags both we and our bags were soaked. The room was nice, but we were in the 2nd floor over the dinning are and it was novelty noisy with the noise from the street and restaurant. The major problem,as it’s by others, was there was no AC, only heat which could not be adjusted down from 25.5C (78F). We asked multiple times to lower the temp, but try as they may, they were never able to lower the heat. We ended up opening all of the windows to cool the room down, ergo all the noise. Housekeeps was a bit off as while they offer you robes p and such, but when they clean the room, they take the robes and you have to call them to replace them - and they bring you towels instead. The breakfast was included, as were our other 5* hotels, but significantly limited in variety. The real problem was that the hot area did not keep the “hot” food warm and the scrambled eggs were always cold and the “soft” eggs were hard boiled. We never were able to figure out if/how you could select a different cooked egg dish. When you cannot even melt soft butter into the eggs, they are cold. The service overall was attentive but not always effective. Again, this hotel was sold to us by our tour company and Google Maps as a 5* hotel with a price to match and our expectations as such were not met. Let us say that the other three 5* hotels we stayed at in Turkey all met the expectations of a 5* hotel. So the Vogue hotel is truly 5* hotel relative its location, location, location.

Great location and service. Rooms could be larger if we had 3 people and 2 beds and it was pretty crammed. This is just part of staying in the old city (sultanahmet), but overall it was an enjoyable stay and the breakfast was great (standard european breakfast). We had an incident with too much luggage and people in the elevator so we got stuck but the staff was very quick to get us out. Also they will carry your luggage to and from the main road. There are also some great shops right outside of the hotel, so i would highly recommend visiting. Also in close proximity to all the major attractions in istanbul. Very close to the famous mosques as well as the grand bazaar. Overall would give it a 9/10.
